By enrolling in any certification program, you acknowledge that certification decisions, examination standards, and issuance processes are determined by AI CERTs.
3. Eligibility

- You are accessing the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

4. Payments
Payments for courses are processed manually via:
- MCB Juice
- Bank Transfer
Payment instructions will be provided directly by AI Certifio.
Enrollment and course processing will only begin after full payment has been received and verified.
Prices may vary depending on the course and are subject to change prior to payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments made to AI Certifio are non-refundable.
Once enrollment has been confirmed and processed with AI CERTs, fees cannot be reversed or refunded.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials
- Distribute or reproduce course materials
- Misuse examination systems
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of AI Certifio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certification content, trademarks, and materials belonging to AI CERTs remain the property of AI CERTs.

- Examination outcomes
- Certification decisions
- Delays caused by third-party certification processes
